OUR PROCESS
1) Create Artwork - We can help with this!
2) Get Customer Approval - Before any order is sent to production, it must be approved by you!
3) Output Film - A film positive is created for each ink color to be printed.
4) Burn Screens - The film positives are then used to transfer your design to the actual screen.
5) Print Goods! - Screens are set up on one of our automatic or manual presses, ink is dropped in the screens, & goods are printed!
6) Ink is Cured - After goods are printed, they are sent down a dyer for curing. This ensures they will not crack or fade over time.
7) Delivery / Pick Up - We can ship your order to your doorstep or you're welcome to pick up from our shop.
